Groove has just announced via their blog a new doll for June – Alice in Steampunk World. Groove has always had a bit of a love affair with Alice, with past releases “Alice in Wonderland”, […]
Pullip Alura Sneak Peek
Last week was a busy week on the Pullip news cycle! After announcing Neptune and Uranus, an image of Pullip Alura appeared on the Dolly Japan website. She’s a collaboration between some pretty amazing artists, Mistubachi@BabyBee (face […]
The Grails and the Travelling Girls
Doll collection is such a dangerous hobby. Flickr is place where your wallet can go to die as beautiful pictures of these dollies produce lemmings like no other. I make lists and lists and wait […]
Alice is Romantic, a Review.
Romantic Alice was a Pullip release in 2011. Popular in her heyday, she disappeared off shelves for a long time, selling out, and being offered for large sums of money on the second hand market. And then one day, Groove re-released her, and I could not preorder her fast enough.

Ramen, the Noodle Yeolume journey continues
I got to work on my Yeolume Blackberry over the weekend. I’ve been growing fonder and fonder of her recently. Her wig, as mentioned before is absolutely amazing, but her faceup was crooked, and I really wanted to give her a new look. So, I embarked again on a customising adventure.
Always prettier in person
Have you ever seen a doll online where you just thought the pictures were okay, and really didn’t appreciate it until you saw it in person? For me, the effect was never so great until […]
